Chris Marsh was a founder member of the firm.  He has been a commercial litigation lawyer for more than 25 years and is a member of the dispute resolution (commercial litigation) team, specialising in defamation, intellectual property, professional negligence, partnership and contract disputes.

Most of his major cases come by recommendation from other professionals, mostly lawyers (barristers and solicitors), for whom he has conducted a large number of successful cases.
