Living Together

Living together with a partner can have serious financial consequences if the relationship breaks down.

It is often possible to protect your interests with some simple forward planning.  We have the experience and expertise to help you avoid problems in the future. This is particularly important when a business or house is owned by one party before moving in together or marrying.

If you are going to marry we can help you by preparing a "pre-nuptual agreement".  If you do not intend to marry but live together then we can assist you by preparing a "living together agreement".

We are also able to protect your interest in property and help you decide whether property should be held in joint names.
