Doctors' partnerships

The firm's professional partnership team has a national reputation, especially in the field of medical (GP) partnerships.

We act for more than 300 doctors' practices in addition to individual GPs. We also act for dentists and vets and other professional partnerships.

We have vast experience of working in the medical sector, especially in the areas of Partnership Agreements (formation and structuring), admissions and retirements, surgery relocation, leasing and building schemes, inter-partner disputes and Practice mergers. The work we do combines our expertise in medical partnership and commercial property, allowing us to give seemless advice in relation to both business and property issues.

Where it is not possible to reach agreement in an inter-partner dispute, we have the necessary expertise to pursue the dispute through the courts.

The team is acknowledged in Chambers Guide to the Legal Profession as "one of the leaders in the field" of medical partnership and related services for GPs.
