The firm has a very experienced professional negligence team which has successfully pursued many claims for or against most professions, including accountants, architects, lawyers, property surveyors and valuers.

Every profession has its own standards of competency and it is important to establish these before advising on the case.

We are able to examine the facts and give an opinion as to the prospects of pursuing a successful claim. If there is a valid claim, it is usually possible to negotiate a satisfactory settlement with the insurers for the professional concerned but we have the necessary expertise and experience to take the claim to court should this be necessary.
