Tony Silvestro has more than 20 years experience of commercial litigation and is a member of the firm's dispute resolution team, specialising in intellectual property disputes, mostly acting for computer software traders in claims brought against them for alleged breach of copyright and trade mark. This is complex and substantial litigation in respect of which Tony has developed a national reputation.

He has a particular interest in cases concerning commercial fraud.

Tony is a member of the Employment Lawyers' Association and advises both employers and employees.

He speaks French and Italian.

Tony is also the firm's managing partner.
