Wills and Probate

The firm provides a full service for the making of wills.

For straight forward wills, we offer a low cost scheme for preparing a will with no specific advice given, although an information sheet is supplied giving general guidance and inheritance tax planning notes.

For more complex wills, we provide a tailor made service which provides for us to meet with our clients to discuss their particular requirements after which we will draft a suitable will.

We will give inheritance tax planning advice where sought but otherwise we do not give specialist tax planning advice. We can, however, arrange for this advice to be obtained.

The firm also carries out probate work.
